On 8th March 2026, we will be hosting a special charity outreach at Watu Wa Maana Children’s Home, Wataalam – Ruiru. This event brings together compassionate individuals, volunteers, and partners who share a common goal: to support children from needy backgrounds through love, care, and generosity.
About the Event
The Charity Event is designed to provide both immediate relief and long-term encouragement to children living in children’s homes. During the event, our team and volunteers will distribute essential donations including food items, clothing, and education materials, ensuring that the children’s basic needs are met while also supporting their personal growth and development.
Beyond material support, the event focuses on human connection. We believe that spending time with the children—sharing meals, laughter, and stories—helps them feel valued, seen, and cared for. These moments of interaction are just as important as the donations themselves, as they build confidence, dignity, and a sense of belonging.
Our Impact
Over time, Wajibu Wangu has supported thousands of children born into poor families across multiple countries, including Kenya. We have visited 18 children’s homes and shared donations with more than 2,000 children, continually working toward our long-term mission of creating sustainable opportunities for the needy.
This Charity Event is part of our ongoing journey to strengthen communities and give children the tools and encouragement they need to thrive.
